An
advance payment of 25% of the applicable charges is required on
booking over 4 months prior your arrival date,
50% - from 2 to 4 months in advance or for weekend bookings, 100% - less
then 2 months.
Minimum 7 nights booking during the high season, 3 nights for long weekends and 2 nights
during off-season.
Cancellation policy:
Our
customers are responsible for the full
cost of the reservation unless cancellation is received at least two
months prior your arrival date. If your cottage is re-booked, your
payment will be refunded. Refunds of your payment are subject to $50
cancellation fee.
