RULES AND REGULATIONS

| CHECK-IN
|

p.m. Where possible we will accommodate early check-in. Full payment for
rent and security deposit, guaranteed by $200 or credit card, is required
at check-in.

|
| CHECK–OUT
|
10:00
a.m. Please come by the office at the departure time. A late checkout fee
of 25% of daily rate will be assessed after 11:00 a.m.
|
||
| RESERVATION
|
An
advance payment of 25% of the applicable accommodation charges is required
on booking 4 months or more prior your arrival date, 50% - 2 months or
more, 100% - less then 2 months. Minimum 7 nights booking is required
during high season, 3 nights for long weekends and 2 nights during
off-season.

| CANCELLATION
|
Our guests are responsible for the full cost
of the reservation unless cancellation is received at least two months
prior your arrival date. If your cottage is re-booked, your payment will
be refunded. Refunds of your payment are subject to $50 cancellation fee.

| PAYMENTS
|
All
payments may be made by cash, cheque, VISA, Master Card or Debit card.
|
||
| PARKING
|
Only
in designated areas (up to 2 cars per cottage).
|
||
| DOCKING
|
Docking
is limited. Please inquire if you are intended to use your own boat.
|
||
| VISITORS
|
Your day time visitors are welcomed. However, we reserve
the right to limit their number, so please let us know in advance. Day visitors must depart by 10:00 p.m.
No camping or travel trailer is permitted in the resort. Overnight visitors must register with the office. If the total number exceed cottage allowable maximum, $30.00 per guest per night will be charged.

| PETS
|
No
animals are permitted in the cottage or on the grounds. However, the
management reserves the right to make exceptions from this rule.
|
||
| SMOKING
|
Smoking
is not permitted inside the cottage at anytime.
|
||
| FIRE
SAFETY
|
Careful
fire precaution is expected. Clothing, bedding and other combustible
materials must not be placed near the sources of fire.
Please, do not leave unattended fire in the fire pit near your
cottage and extinguish the fire before your departure. Also it is a town
ordinance that no fireworks are permitted on the property.

| COTTAGE
CARE
|
Cottage
occupants are expected to keep their cottages clean and to leave them in
good order. Dishes, pots and pans are to be washed and returned to their
cupboards. It you move any furniture, please put it back to the original
place. All garbage must be removed from the cottage and deposited
in the large trash containers.

| ENVIRONMENT
|
We are located on a beautiful land.
Please, help us protect it and keep it clean. - don’t use soap or detergent in the river or lake

don’t waste water in the shower or at the kitchen sink
-
don’t overload the septic system (no napkins, extra paper or garbage in the toilet)
-
use blue and green boxes - no loud music or excessive noise; quiet time after 11:00PM

| FISH
CLEANING
|
Please
note that Pine Point is not a fishing resort.
There is no special fish cleaning or fish storage facility.
|

| BARBEQUE
|
Barbeques
available with usage of provided propane tanks at $25 per week or weekend.
|
||
| PROPERTY
LOSS
|
Pine
Point Management is not responsible for damages or loss of property.
|
||
| DEPOSIT
|
|
Your security deposit may not be refunded if there is a damage done to the cottage, its contents, or other resort property or, at management discretion, if the rules listed above are not adhered to. | |
